a customer can check the status of his repair, replay to a ticket, approve a repair etc.
if you guys would like to see this feature in action let me know, one of the best tools my company has implemented.

Sounds like a great idea. We’ve started working on customer portal where customer can track repair status and approve work orders as well. I will keep you posted with the progress

When a customer brings in a device for a repair and a further fault is noticed. "ie replace screen on ipad" If the corners are bent the screen doesn't always fit tight. This needs to be stated on the customers invoice so that if they come back we don't have to go searching to see if any notes were added to the ticket1 vote
Within the POS, once you add a product to a new sale, it shows price as tax excluding.
So for example if the product price is $20, it will show up as $18.18
I believe staff may get confused when discounting a product as they need to work out the price without tax and may accidentally put in the wrong price as they are not used to dealing with pre tax figures.
My suggestion would be to have the option to show this in inclusive of tax figures if it is necessary for your individual store.3 votes
