  1. Create loyalty module

    It would be great it there was a loyalty module that we could turn on or off (depending on whether the merchant wants a loyalty program or not) with various settings I.e if they want to give points for rewards or just build up loyalty dollars that the customer could then use for payment or part payment ect. I would be great if the loyalty points/dollar balance was displayed on the customers receipt/mini invoice/invoice and also in email communications

  2. Let us control the quantity of parts in repair bundle.

    Some repairs require more than one of the same part. At the moment I can only add a part once to a repair bundle but if I am repairing a battery PACK, it may need multiple batteries which we stock individually.

    The only way to add multiples is to edit the ticket after the repair, but if we can control the quantity of parts required in a bundle it could be automatic, as well as tell the technician exactly how many parts he needs before opening.

  3. POS - Device Post Checkout

    Today I made it mandatory for a technician to complete post device checklist. If a technician forgets to do this, and the technician attempts to bring the ticket up via the POS module, you cannot complete the sale as it throws back an error about post checklist not being complete.

    I think it would be a wise idea for a pop up window to appear if the checklist has not been completed so the technician doesn't have to cancel what he is doing in POS, go back into the ticket and then complete checklist.

  6. Translate calendar days and months

    It should be very comfortable to have a way to translate calendar (days and months) in our native language.
    In that way, when you set due to date for a ticket, the customer could be directly understand the information.

  7. Create stock value report

    Need a report that can look at a specific date to get the stock value on hand as at that date. This is important for end of month reporting. As we don't always get a chance to check the stock value on the last day of the month. It might be a few days into the month that we do it. So need to be able to choose a date where we can see the total value of stock on hand on that date. Ie check stock value on July 31

  8. Custom fields for tickets

    sometimes when creating a repair ticket, you need more info to be added to the ticket, for example, if a device had previous attempts, or you need to enter a test parameter when ticket is created, or if the device have any history, or after finishing the repair sometimes you need to do some tests, and you need a ready field to enter the value of the test result instead of writing it every time in the notes,

    also for some devices a couple of questions are needed to ask the customer upon creating the ticket (i.e. device account info,…

    Devices must be tested before trade in. This section should allow you to intake a device and choose to take as a trade in or not after testing. You should be able to intake a few customer details (e.g. name, phone number) & the device details

  12. Create an Unlock Widget

    This widget would work much in the same was as the Appointment or Sell A Device widget. An iframe which allows customers to go through the unlock process on the website including choosing service, capturing imei and providing email for confirmation. This would automate the unlocking sales process and save web development time.

  13. Give Admin access to add manual clock in/out as well as day of the week

    admin have access to add punch to time sheet for wemployee, ie. forgot to clock in on tuesday. i would love to be able to manually add that time punch for them.

  14. Apply coupon at check out

    when running print and internet advertising it would be nice to utilize coupon codes to apply discount at the checkout screen. or to have standard coupon discounts already loaded in the system like " $10 Off Temp Glass" .

  15. Floor pricing or maximum Discount

    I would like to be able to set the maximum discount that can be given by my employees. Either per item or by item group. For example 25% on accessories, $10 on screens/parts. Currently if the employee has access to discount they can discount to zero.

  16. Track Screens to be Sent for Refurbishing

    We currently send away our damaged screens that are taken off clients phones away to be refurbished so we can then use them on new phones. It would be great to track the status for that screen. So can set the condition as being Good Quality, OK Quality etc. so we can keep track of how many we have in stock currently prior to sending them away. And even have a label that can be printed to put on the screen so they don't need to be tested later.

  17. Let the cash register automatically close at midnight every day

    Since the technician might forget to close the cash register when he leaves the store, it would be good, if the cash register automatically ends the shift every day at midnight!

    When filtering records eg stock records by Apple, the export option currently will export all manufacturer instead of just the filtered records

  20. Make a proper full "standalone" booking module

    Like I've talked to Usman about;

    the ideal situation is that the repair guide wizard for web embed sends you to the booking module for date and time. the super optimal situation would be just to skip the lead part and direct book it IF THE REPAIR PART IS IN STOCK. But if not a lead is created so the shop can respond and follow up the customer when it becomes in stock.
