Employee Payroll Report

Employee Payroll Report allows you to calculate and view the Payroll of the employees by specifying the Clock in, Clock Out, Break hours, working hours and the hour rate.

Report Search Filters

Store: You can select one or multi stores to get report against the selected store(s)

Employee: You can select an employee to get payroll report against a specific employee.

From Date: If you want to run employee payroll report from a specific date, then you can use this filter.

To Date: Use the To Date filter to get report till some specific date

Actions: You can print the report through the print option in the Actions.


Report Columns

Employee: Name of the employee is shown in this column.

Store: Store Name is shown in this column.

Date: Date of the payroll according to the criteria.

Clock In: Clock In Time for the specific date is shown in this column.

Clock Out: Clock Out Time for the specific date is shown in this column.

Break Hours: Break Time is shown in this column including the Hours, Minutes and Seconds.

Working Hours: Working hours of an employee is shown in this column.

Hour Rate: Hour Rate of an employee is shown in this column.

Pay: Pay of the employee is shown in this column.

Update: Update button allows you to change/update the Clock In, Clock Out and Break Start and Break End times.
