We have already a VAT margin feature available in RepairDesk that allows you to calculate VAT according to VAT margin standard. You can learn more about it from the following knowledgebase article:-

    Hey Paul,

Thanks for sharing your feedback. Can you confirm which browser you are using? I believe Safari browser doesn't allow you to print and you've to download the PDF to print that out.

Alternatively have you looked into automating label print out option via Google cloud print or Printnode?

    Hope it helps

If you would like to display parts used on a receipt/invoice perhaps add there serial number in notes. Alternatively you can also add a part as an inventory item against a repair ticket with a zero dollar value (if required)

Let me know if the above helps?

Thanks for your feedback Ian. I would recommend you to use serialized inventory that helps you receive same inventory from multiple supplier.

For more information on serialized inventory please visit this link: https://repairdesk.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/930741-serialized-inventory

We have started working to add “Customer Group and Wholesale Pricing” functionality that will allow admin/user to create different customer groups. Admin/User will be able to keep any customer in any customer group and it will allow admin/user to charge discounted or different pricing from customers of different groups. We will add an option to associate third party with a specific customer group so all the customers of that specific group will not be chargeable and system will make an invoice for third party.

    Hi Jonathan,

You can certainly remove the integration but If you have imported items while integrating with ReVamp, I will not recommend you to remove because all the items will remain in your inventory. If you don't want to see items in low stock inventory report. I can suggest you the following 2 solutions:-

1: You can keep "Stock Warning" and "Reorder Level" fields empty for each item. Either you can do it for each individual item or use Export / Import feature to that.
2: You can search items from supplier "ReVamp Wholesale", Select multiple items that you don't need in your inventory and delete the selected items.

    I hope it helps.

    Hey Peter,

Currently you can export filtered invoices only however we can certainly look into this in next few weeks.
