Once you have an active BlueFin merchant account, you can enable it from settings >> bluefin integration
To start accepting payments, please enter Account ID & Access Key which you can retrieve from this link: https://cert.payconex.net/
On checkout pop up window you will now see a new payment method "BlueFin" that allows you to accept in-store credit / debit payments .
Here’s how you take payments:
- Click on checkout,
- Select Bluefin,
- Swipe customer card in SREDKEY device,
- Click pay now, hit confirm and you are done.
It will take less than 10 seconds, saving you and your customers a whole lot of time.
In order to refund a transaction that was processed using BlueFin, all you need to do is select that transaction from "View Invoices" click on refund and hit checkout.
From this window you can in take customer signature, select Bluefin, enter refunded amount & hit confirm to complete this transaction.
