  1. Minimum order quantity

    It would be nice to have an option to set a minimum reorder quantity. As an example, I buy screen protectors in bulk, either 25 or 100 to a pack. My supplier will sell e fewer than that, but I have to pay extra for a part pack. It would be nice to have an option such that any time a specific product is added to a purchase order, it will automatically be added in multiples a set quantity. E.g. when I order screen protectors, only order 25, or 50, never 28, or 32.

  2. Repair parts is not being deleted.

    When you add a repair service, the attached parts is well added under “parts used for repair”. But if you erase the repair service and you select another one, the part is still there. So stock goes wrong and profit also.

  3. Step by step guide in checklist form on repair tickets

    For example
    PC Software Tune/clean
    1- run malware scan
    2- run ad ware remover
    3- clean logs
    4- wipe down Pc
    this would be great for helping remind new staff or showing customers what exactly was done ,
    our admin staff will then be able to see exactly how fair through a repair the tech is at a glance

  5. Choose which Item Categories will Sync across stores

    We utilize the Trade-In section to keep track of devices that are purchased by separate stores as well as devices purchased from vendors for resale. I'd love to have the ability to select ONLY certain retail products for item cost sync across all locations. As it stands, when our main location lists a new Trade-In device as purchased, it seems it affects our other location. Sync is great and useful for creating new repair options, new models in the system, and new products BUT it will quickly get confusing as we open more locations when Trade-In options appear for all…

  6. Add an option to add "Part order" to existing PO

    Much like Special Part order that this option exists, please add it to the common Part order as a PO might include items for several tickets.

  7. Restrict any activity in Repair Desk unless employee clocks in first

    There should be a setting that gives us the ability to restrict any activity by an employee unless that employee has clocked in first. In the same aspect that you can not take a payment unless you have clicked "start shift" and entered your starting cash totals for the day.

  9. Add Priority Ranking for Custom Status

    It'd be very helpful to allow users to prioritize a custom made status so that they can be organized within the list evenly along with others.

    The Tickets Module has its own priority when viewing them on the "All" tab. Pending, Waiting, and In Progress Statuses show at the top of the list while Completed, Repaired and Collected, and Cancelled status tickets are at the bottom of the list.

    Hello,
    We have already an option to set the custom status type.
    Can you go to the Settings > Order Status > Ticket Status > Update the status “Cancelled and Collected” > Action > Edit and set the type “Closed” or “Cancelled”.
    Once you set the status, it will automatically display below in the list after the open tickets.

  10. Add support for Clover Flex POS

    The merchant costs of Clover is very good and simple. It would be nice to integrate this, so that the cost of the repair desk is offset in the merchant savings alone. For example a $20,000 month saving 1% would be $200 which could be used towards other systems.

  11. Easier way to switch between user in locations with only one computer

    Give RD the ability to "time out" or the ability to log out when it has not been used for a certain amount of time. This will be helpful in locations with more than one employee but only one computer. This will greatly reduce employees "accidently" forgetting to hit switch user when completing a sale or repair ticket

  12. Browser Tab Titles

    OK, so this is my first suggestion and I will admit it is a pretty minor one. With that said, I think attention to detail and the little things make a big difference in overall user experience.

    Over the course of a day, it is not uncommon for me to have several different browser tabs open. Ticket List, POS, Inventory List, various tickets, etc.

    Unfortunately, the syntax for the Browser Tab Titles is inconsistent making it difficult to distinguish between tabs. Some titles are fine using the following structure:

    [Business Name] - [Page Title]
    ex. YZF Tech Repairs - POS

  13. Add Multiple Searchable Part Number to inventory items.

    Many manufacterers have their own part numbers, and often times they will update part numbers if a newer version of the same part changes. Often times this results in us accidentally adding the same part to our inventory under a different part number. OR we may not realize a part is in stock because it is under a different part number in our system.

    FOR EXAMPLE

  14. Variable Price for products and services

    It would be very helpful if there is a variable price for products and services instead of all fixed prices.

    Also, there is a bug. When I try to change the price of the product or service on POS it changes the price and then when I click checkout it changes the price back to the old price. It is very annoying.

  15. Edit Expenses!

    Ok so I love being able to track expenses but we need to be able to have the option to edit an expense after it is “posted”! I have had a few now that get changed or a mistake has been mad but the expense has already been posted. Frustrating you can not edit!

  19. Open Cash Drawer Button

    The cash drawer is connected to the receipt printer. In other POS you can trigger a small printout to trigger a till open. As it stands we need to print a full receipt to open it. It needs to be opened more often for change, etc.

    The button could be added to the POS page or run with a keyboard shortcut.

  20. Popup notification when trade in phone was sold to remind updating the ads if posted online

    Remind us if ever we have updated the ads to remove from online selling platform such as ebay, square, shopify, craiglist, kijiji if we need to delete it once it get sold in store.
