Make Products that can be tied together
Sometimes I sell products that are always or sometimes tied with another product. Like a plan attached to an activation fee, or shipping costs associated with a mail out repair, or accessories that may be suggested on sale. Can you add the ability to bundle products to the POS?
RepairDesk has announced an amazing feature “Inventory Bundle” to allow you to upsell and cross-sell items at your repair store.
Using the feature, you can group two or more repair services together and make a service bundle, or pair multiple inventory items (accessories and repair parts) in a product bundle, or even better, do a mix-and-match with the option of creating a product/service bundle.
The module is available in the “Enterprise Version” of RepairDesk.

1) I think products would not need to include services. If I sell a product with a service I'd prefer to list separately rather than inflate the price of the product bundle. (ie. if I sell an iMac with home set-up service I'd list them separately). I doubt I'd ever sell an item bundled with a repair service.
2) I don't fully understand this question
3) I've always manually discounted items in a bundle (over-ride the price of each item in bundle), but it would be nice if there was an auto-discount for each item when in a bundle (all items would not necessarily be discounted at the same rate).
4) The bundles I sell are all refurbished computers with various specs, and the computer as a whole carries the warranty (the individual part warranties are not factored in)
5) I offer bundles to all customers.

I repair and sell used computers, and having a product bundle feature is a must before I use this software.
As it is now, I'd have to create a separate inventory item for every possible combination of computer specs (motherboard frequency, ram, ssd size, dedicated graphics or integrated, new or used battery, etc). I realize that this is possible to do with A LOT of data entry, but it's MUCH easier to just adjust items in a bundle—especially if a customer decides they want a slightly different spec at the time of sale.
Also, having 5-8 lines on the invoice for one computer sale is just silly and exposes my entire pricing system to the customer.
